This transition represents the next stage in the development of Morgan Web3 Labs and the wider AetheriumX ecosystem. It establishes a unified corporate structure for our Web3 infrastructure, product-development and ecosystem activities while preserving the identity and strategic direction of Morgan Web3 Labs.
Business Continuity
The transition does not change the core business of Morgan Web3 Labs.

Morgan International Finance retains its focus on institutional finance, financial research and digital-asset strategy. Morgan Web3 Labs continues to lead the development of Web3 infrastructure, cross-chain technology, smart-contract applications and the AetheriumX ecosystem.
This structure enables the businesses to preserve their respective identities and areas of expertise while operating within a unified ownership and governance framework.
Regulatory Clarification
The corporate transition does not automatically transfer historical registrations, regulatory references or permissions associated with previous legal entities.
Any historical FinCEN MSB registration associated with Morgan Web3 Labs Ltd. forms part of the company’s historical record. It should not be interpreted as a current licence or authorisation held by AetheriumX Foundation INC.
AetheriumX Foundation INC. and Morgan Web3 Labs do not claim to be authorised by the United Kingdom Financial Conduct Authority. Historical regulatory references relating to former UK entities do not transfer to the current legal operator.
Products and services, where available, remain subject to applicable laws, jurisdiction, eligibility, client classification and regulatory requirements.
