Acquisition & Business Continuity
In 2026, AetheriumX Foundation INC. completed the full acquisition and strategic integration of the Morgan Web3 Labs business. The transaction included the Morgan Web3 Labs brand, website platform, intellectual property, research assets, product-development activities and related business operations.
Following the transition, Morgan Web3 Labs continues as a wholly owned business brand and technology division of AetheriumX Foundation INC. Its name, logo, team, products, research direction and technology roadmap continue unchanged.
Morgan Web3 Labs Ltd. was the former United Kingdom legal entity through which the business was established and developed. Its historical corporate information, research and published work remain part of the Morgan Web3 Labs corporate heritage.
Relationship with Morgan International Finance
Morgan Web3 Labs was originally established as the Web3 technology and product-development business within the Morgan International Finance ecosystem. Following the 2026 group transition, Morgan International Finance and Morgan Web3 Labs continue as complementary business brands under AetheriumX Foundation INC.
Morgan International Finance retains its focus on institutional finance, research and digital-asset strategy, while Morgan Web3 Labs continues to lead Web3 infrastructure, cross-chain technology, smart-contract applications and the development of the AetheriumX ecosystem.
