Who we are

Morgan Web3 Labs is the Web3 technology and product-development business of AetheriumX Foundation INC., a Colorado profit corporation in the United States. Originally established in the United Kingdom in 2025 within the Morgan International Finance ecosystem, we build enterprise-grade infrastructure for AI-agent capital intelligence—standardising cross-chain messaging and asset routing, and adding policy-controlled execution layers that orchestrate DCIP for non-custodial wallets.

In 2026, AetheriumX Foundation INC. completed the full acquisition and strategic integration of the Morgan Web3 Labs business. The Morgan Web3 Labs name, logo, team, products, research direction and technology roadmap continue unchanged.

Our work bridges traditional finance with decentralised networks, turning deep research into production systems that power tokenised assets, settlement, and real-world applications at scale.

Our Mission

To connect global liquidity networks through interoperable, compliance-first infrastructure—enabling programmable, policy-controlled execution so capital can learn, predict, and operate safely across chains at scale.

Our Vision

A transparent, sustainable financial fabric where tokenised assets, payments, applications, and AI Agents interoperate seamlessly across jurisdictions—powered by DCIP orchestration, with auditability and operational resilience by design.

Our Values

Transparency. Security. Discipline. We value security and integrity by design, compliance and accountability, engineering discipline with reliability and observability, open collaboration with the ecosystem, and a relentless focus on measurable customer outcomes.

What we do

Interoperability Infrastructure & APIs

We design and operate cross-chain infrastructure that standardises messaging, asset routing, and programmable execution primitives (DCIP) across major networks. High availability with deterministic failover, SLA-backed uptime, and developer-friendly SDKs/managed services enable tokenised assets, settlement, payments, and multi-chain strategy flows to run at scale.

Compliance Data & Institutional Security

We embed KYC/AML policy engines, transaction screening and ongoing monitoring with auditable trails and real-time risk analytics. Integrated HSM/MPC custody and role-based controls align with enterprise workflows, enabling secure operations across jurisdictions.

Capital Intelligence & Observability

We provide indexing, telemetry, and risk intelligence that make on-chain systems measurable, explainable, and auditable. Graph-based analytics and anomaly detection surface real-time risk tiers and operational signals, while observability pipelines produce verifiable trails for decisions, controls, and settlement outcomes.

Capital Agent Execution Layer

We build policy-controlled execution layers that power AI Capital Agents for non-custodial environments. Permissioned strategy orchestration, guardrails, and risk triggers enable autonomous allocation, dynamic rebalancing, and prediction participation—within user-authorised boundaries, with traceability from intent to execution to settlement.

Why Morgan Web3 Labs is different

Outcome-first delivery

We measure success by shipped use cases and time-to-production. Reference architectures and SDK accelerators turn PoCs for tokenised assets, settlement, staking ops and programmable rewards into production with audited controls.

Compliance by design across jurisdictions

Configurable policy packs encode KYC/AML, sanctions, travel-rule variants and retention windows so one codebase can operate in UK/EU/US/MEA. Evidence is exportable as case files and audit trails for GRC workflows.

Operator-grade security and reliability

Customer-controlled keys with vendor-neutral HSM/MPC, least-privilege RBAC and reproducible builds, paired with 24/7 runbooks, deterministic failover drills, ledger-aware tracing and error budgets—SRE discipline for on-chain ops.

Open ecosystem integration without lock-in

Bring-your-custodian/cloud and connectors for ERP/treasury, identity and payment gateways enable phased migrations—coexisting with current systems while avoiding vendor lock-in.

AI that augments Web3 operations

Graph ML and anomaly detection power real-time risk tiers; LLMs assist KYC/AML casework and map policy changes to controls; ML predicts capacity/slashing and optimises fee/latency routing; incident copilots and private/VPC inference keep fixes fast and data protected.

We extend these capabilities into wallet-facing AI Agents—a capital-intelligence engine orchestrating DCIP for autonomous allocation, dynamic rebalancing, prediction participation, and risk controls within user-authorised boundaries.

Our journey

2023-2024

Built DCIP (Distributed Capital Intelligence Protocol) R&D foundations: multi-chain nodes, indexing/data-lake, observability, and deterministic failover runbooks.

Established compliance & security baseline: KYC/AML policy packs with audit trails; HSM/MPC lifecycle; RBAC/SoD; assessments and pen tests.

Shipped testnet prototypes and reference architectures; started pilots for tokenised assets and cross-border settlement.

June 2025

Group-level governance and capital backing established under Morgan International Finance Ltd, bringing research-to-production capability in-house.

September 2025

Incorporated Morgan Web3 Labs Ltd in the United Kingdom (Company No. 16729131) as the original legal entity supporting the business, research programme and product-development operations. Its historical corporate and regulatory records remain part of the Morgan Web3 Labs corporate heritage.

October 2025

Introduced AetheriumX (MVP): multi-asset staking, sustainable yield engine, on-chain transparency, and initial custody/exchange/audit integrations.

2026 (Corporate Transition & Global Integration)

AetheriumX Foundation INC. completed the full acquisition and strategic integration of the Morgan Web3 Labs business, including its brand, website platform, intellectual property, research assets, product-development activities and related operations.

Morgan Web3 Labs became a wholly owned business brand and technology division of AetheriumX Foundation INC. The brand, team, products and technology roadmap continued without interruption.

March 2026 — U.S. Federal MSB Registration

AetheriumX Foundation INC. completed its initial registration with the U.S. Department of the Treasury's Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) as a Money Services Business under registration number 31000323749566.

The registration forms part of the company's U.S. compliance framework and does not constitute a banking charter, state money-transmitter licence or government endorsement. View regulatory information.

2026 (Product Execution — AI Agents)

Scaled production: real-yield accounting, ops/SLA, and expanded wallet/custody/fiat-rail integrations.

Launched governance and consumer stack (beta): non-custodial wallet and AXT Predict with evidence-based settlement and DAO dispute escalation.

Expanded multi-chain strategies: LST/LRT restaking, points/airdrop capture, and multi-region compliance reporting.

2027 (Scaling — AI-augmented DCIP Suite)

Launch AXT Pay / U-Card with compliant on-chain-to-off-chain payment rails and settlement orchestration.

Go-live AI-augmented DCIP suite: graph risk/anomaly modelling, compliance/ops copilots, routing optimisation, and privacy-preserving inference.

Scale ecosystem: open APIs and institutional pilots graduating into production.
