What you’ll build

  • Interoperability Layer & SDKs used by institutions to issue, move and manage tokenised assets.
  • Compliance Data Fabric with policy-driven KYC/AML, sanctions screening, monitoring and case management.
  • AetheriumX features and integrations with custodians, exchanges, wallets and auditors.
  • AI-assisted operations—reliability/security copilots, graph ML risk scoring, explainability & private inference.

Teams & sample roles

Engineering

  • Protocol / Backend (Go, Rust, TypeScript): bridges, messaging, asset routing, HSM/MPC, performance & reliability.
  • SRE / Platform: 24/7 runbooks, deterministic failover/DR, OpenTelemetry, SLAs & error budgets, Kubernetes.
  • Security: threat modelling, reproducible builds, RBAC, secure reviews, red-team follow-ups.
