Market types
- Binary (YES / NO) — straightforward resolution for most questions.
- Multi-choice — mutually exclusive outcomes (e.g., A/B/C).
- Scalar — a value within a range (e.g., “rate between 3.5%–5.5%”), settled to the nearest tick.
Each market publishes its resolution criteria and invalidation rules up-front so participants know exactly how it will be judged.
How it works (at a glance)
- Create — Connect your wallet, pass the AXT threshold and choose a template (binary, multi, scalar). Define the question, resolution source(s) and the challenge window.
- Trade — Participants purchase outcome shares using AXT (and other supported tokens where enabled). Prices update continuously as demand changes.
- Resolve (AI) — When the event concludes, the AI engine compiles a verdict and an on-chain evidence pack.
- Challenge (optional) — During the window, any user may challenge by posting a bond and providing counter-evidence.
- Arbitrate (DAO) — If challenged, VEXA governance votes on the final outcome.
- Settle — Winners are paid out automatically; bonds are returned or slashed per the result; fees are distributed.
Value flow to the ecosystem
Fees are intentionally modest and transparent (e.g., trading, settlement and an AI adjudication fee). A share of platform revenues is directed to:
- Creators — optional creator fees for high-quality markets.
- AXT stakers & buyback/burn — returning value to long-term participants.
- DAO treasury — funding audits, infrastructure and community grants.

Safety, integrity and fairness
- Clear templates & invalidation — poorly framed or unresolvable questions can be ruled INVALID, returning principal (minus minimal operational costs).
- Allow-listed sources — markets must cite acceptable data sources in advance.
- On-chain audit trail — evidence hashes, time-stamps and decisions are recorded for independent verification.
- Open challenge — anyone may dispute within the defined window, ensuring controversial calls get proper scrutiny.
- Regional compliance — AXT Predict is non-custodial infrastructure. Participants are responsible for meeting local requirements; the site enforces basic access controls where required.
